1 hylki tvisvar á dag – ca. 30 min. fyrir morgunmat og kvöldmat. Varan er mælt með fyrir fullorðna sem fæðubótarefni. Geymist þar sem börn ná ekki til. Ekki fara yfir ráðlagðan dagsskammt.
